Frozen Food and Ice Cream Storage
Industrial refrigeration systems are used to store frozen foods for long periods without spoiling. It ensures the proper preservation of ice cream and other frozen products under suitable conditions.
Meat and Meat Products Processing and Refrigeration Systems
Proper hygiene conditions are required for the healthy processing and storage of meat and meat products. Special cooling techniques are applied to maintain the freshness of these perishable products.
Poultry Processing and Storage
Fast cooling techniques are used to prevent spoilage of chicken and other poultry meat. Shock freezing after slaughter prevents bacterial growth and extends the shelf life of the product.
Fish Freezing and Storage Facilities
Since seafood spoils quickly, freezing and preservation systems play a critical role. Cooling prevents bacterial growth and preserves the nutritional value of the products.
Banana Ripening Chambers
The ripening process, aided by ethylene gas, is used to ripen fruits such as bananas, mangoes, and papayas in sealed chambers with regulated temperature, humidity, and ethylene concentration. Ethylene gas enhances the flavor and aroma profiles of the fruits without creating any health risks.
Fruit & Vegetable Cold Storage
To extend the life of fruits and vegetables, temperature control is necessary. Through humidity control and air circulation, the freshness of the products is maintained, and their market value increases.
Potato and Onion Storage
Products such as potatoes and onions must be stored at appropriate temperature and humidity conditions to prevent sprouting and rotting. Controlled environments prevent spoilage and extend shelf life.
Milk and Dairy Products Processing and Refrigeration Systems
Special cooling systems are used to process and store milk and dairy products without spoilage. Hygienic cooling techniques must be applied to preserve the quality of products such as UHT milk, yogurt, cheese, and butter.
Baked Goods Storage and Production Areas
Dough and baked goods must be stored at low temperatures to prevent spoilage. Refrigeration systems preserve the freshness of bread, cakes, and other bakery products.
Pharmaceutical and Medical Product Storage
Vaccines, serums, medicines, and biotechnological products must be stored at specific temperature ranges. Cold chain logistics extend the shelf life of these products and maintain their effectiveness.
Chemical and Petrochemical Industry
Chemical substances must be stored at specific temperatures to remain stable. Cooling systems reduce fire risks and prevent chemicals from reacting.
Logistics Warehouses and Distribution Centers
Temperature-controlled areas in large-scale logistics warehouses ensure that various products are stored under suitable conditions. They play a critical role in the transportation of food, pharmaceuticals, and other sensitive products.
Data Center Cooling Systems
Large-scale data centers overheat due to high processing power. Industrial cooling systems prevent overheating of servers and ensure the stable operation of systems.
Textile and Plastic Production
In textile factories, cooling systems are used to maintain humidity balance and prevent machines used in production processes from overheating. Temperature control is also crucial in plastic injection production.
